Hi everyone. My name is Fatima and I am a fourth grade teacher at a private school in Jamaica, Queens. This is my sixth year of teaching and I absolutely love it. I'm currently in my second year of the masters program. So far all the classes I have taken helped me a lot in the classroom. I have taken two other courses with Professor Hsu and enjoyed them both, especially Language Arts and Technology. I have learned so many of the tools I learned in that class. The clases I have takes so far has helped me relate what I learned here and apply it the classroom immediately. I would say that I have a better understanding of my job now than I did a few years ago. My favorite subjects to teach are Math, Science, and Social Studies. Some of my hobbies are shopping, cooking, doing arts and crafts and playing with my two cats Tom and Jerry.
