A very comprehensive report. Did you also use NYS LImited English Proficiency Assessment? Informational literacy is usually a challenge, not only for ELL, but also native English speakers. Good suggestions on the literacy instruction that will benefit Sarah. She will also definitely benefit from knowing the "expository text structure" to help her comprehend content reading and fluency. It would be helpful to also upload both assessment forms. Excellent work!
